Design + build keeps the people who designed your space involved until it is finished. Decisions made on paper are carried through procurement and construction without being lost between separate teams.
We remain a design-first studio. Construction is coordinated to protect the design intent, the budget and the programme agreed with you.
Where Philippine law requires plans or documents to be signed and sealed, that work is carried out by, or in coordination with, duly registered and licensed professionals.
