Who we are
This website is operated by ar.qi designs, a design studio at Fourth Estate, Lead, Parañaque, 1715 Metro Manila, Philippines. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through this website.
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you send an inquiry through the Start a Project form:

Please don’t include sensitive personal information, such as health details or government ID or account numbers, in the form or in uploaded files.
The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, under its own policies.
How we use it
We use the information you send to reply to your inquiry, understand your project, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep a record of our correspondence with you.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who can access it
Your inquiry is seen only by the people at ar.qi designs who respond to inquiries. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which receives and stores form submissions and uploaded files on our behalf, and inquiries may be forwarded to the studio’s email inbox. These providers may process information outside the Philippines.
We share your information with others, such as engineers or contractors on your project, only with your agreement or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the project and the records the law requires us to keep. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal information is processed;
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- object to processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information erased or blocked where the law allows;
- receive your information in a commonly used format, where applicable;
- claim damages, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
