Overview
An interior for a compact home, covering the living room, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. White walls, marble-look floors and black accents keep the palette restrained so the rooms read as light and open.
The visualisations show how each space is arranged and furnished, with built-in storage worked into the plan rather than added afterwards.
Design concept
Design concept
The living and dining areas share one open room: a light sofa and glass coffee table face a backlit television wall, and a six-seat dining table sits beneath a cluster of pendant lights, with black-framed glass doors leading to the bedrooms.
The L-shaped kitchen pairs white gloss cabinets with a black counter and a marble-look backsplash, with drawers below and full-height wall units above.
In the bedroom, a raised loft bed sits over a lower bed, reached by steps that double as drawers, with a full wardrobe wall beneath. It is a way of fitting sleeping space for more than one person, and storage, into a single room.
