Overview
Overview
A two-storey family house with a broad street frontage. A light stacked-stone wall rises through both floors and anchors the facade, with a column of vertical timber slats beside the entrance.
The ground floor is set back beneath the upper storey to form a covered double carport.

The roof extends well past the walls, its timber-lined underside fitted with downlights, to shade the upper rooms and the balcony.
A glass balustrade keeps the balcony open to view, while the stone, timber and plaster each mark a different part of the house, so the facade is read as a set of clear, simple elements.
