The Compact Residence Interior covers a living room, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. This entry looks at the bedroom, where several pieces of built-in furniture are combined in one room.

A bed above a bed

A raised loft bed sits over a lower bed. The steps up to the loft are also drawers, so the stair is part of the storage rather than a separate element.

The wardrobe wall

Beneath the loft, a full-height wardrobe wall runs between the stair and the black-framed glass door. Timber-look flooring runs through the room.

The rest of the home

The same approach continues outside the bedroom. The living and dining areas share one open room, with a six-seat table beneath a cluster of pendant lights. The L-shaped kitchen pairs white gloss cabinets with a black counter and a marble-look backsplash, with drawers below and wall units above.
